Henry Wu is serving as a congressional fellow on the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee.
Previously, Henry was an adjunct researcher at RAND’s Technology and Security Policy Center. He also interned at the U.S. Department of Justice and served as a Visiting Scholar in the Strategy Division at NATO’s Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence. At Yale Law School, Henry served as Teaching Fellow for the Brady-Johnson Program in Grand Strategy and co-directed the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project. He holds a JD from Yale Law School and an MPhil in Politics from the University of Oxford, where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar.
