Meet our Fellows

Horizon Fellows serve across federal agencies, congressional offices, and think tanks. They bring interdisciplinary and technical expertise in emerging technology areas such as artificial intelligence and biotechnology to their host organizations. Most of our fellows use the program to make a mid-career pivot, and some are early-career professionals.
