Siddarth Srinivasan completed a think tank fellowship at the Brookings Institution’s Economic Studies Program. After his fellowship, he took on a role as a post-doctoral fellow at Harvard University’s EconCS group under Professor Yiling Chen.
Siddarth received a position as post-doctoral fellow at Harvard University’s EconCS group under Professor Yiling Chen after completing his initial term as AI fellow at the Brookings Institution. Previously, he completed his PhD in Computer Science at the University of Washington, where his research focused on topics in quantum information and machine learning. During his graduate studies, he became interested in issues at the intersection of computer science, economics, and policy, and is particularly interested in ways to improve institutional decision-making and ensure safe and steady technological progress. Prior to his PhD, Siddarth received a MS in Mathematics from Georgia Tech and a BS in Physics from Harvey Mudd College.
