Arushi Gupta is a Consultant for the Horizon Institute for Public Service. She was previously a Horizon Fellow at the Institute for Progress (2024-2025) and the House of Representatives, supporting the office of Representative Anna Eshoo (D-CA-16) (2023-2024). Earlier, Arushi worked at the Council on Strategic Risks on their biosecurity policy team, directed a nonprofit network for philanthropists and high-impact oriented professionals in NYC, and managed a political campaign. She started her career as a technical product manager at an adtech firm. She holds a bachelors in Computer Science from New York University.
