Emma Richter

Emma Richter is the Director of Communications and Outreach at the Horizon Institute for Public Service. Her work has centered on nonprofit communications at local and international levels, as well as academic communications and administration. Her past work included website redesigns, media relations and placement, content production, communications strategy, and building and managing teams. Emma holds a master’s degree in the social sciences from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree with honors in English and History from the University of Michigan.
