Evan McVail

Evan McVail is the Director of Partnerships at the Horizon Institute for Public Service. He previously worked in operations, strategy, and talent at multiple nonprofits focused on global health and emerging technology policy. He holds BAs in Economics and Political Science from Villanova University. He is also currently a Summer Fellow at American Compass and pursuing an MA in Security Studies at Georgetown University.
