Ivan Burduk

Ivan Burduk is a Senior Program Associate at the Horizon Institute for Public Service. Ivan’s experience in event operations and systems design includes developing custom CRM systems, internal admissions workflows, and other operational infrastructure for international conferences. During the COVID-19 pandemic response, he served as a product development engineer at a startup producing face masks, where he drove rapid compliance with international quality management standards for medical devices. His engineering background informs a systems-oriented approach to operations, spanning process optimization, user-centered design, and technical project management. Ivan holds a BE(Hons) in Chemical and Materials Engineering and a BSc in Physics and Chemistry from the University of Auckland.
