Jake Morris

Jake Morris is a Senior Program Associate at the Horizon Institute for Public Service. Before joining Horizon, Jake worked as a software developer at a start-up creating data infrastructure and automation tools for commercial realtors. Jake also spent three years as a business analyst at a major bank, where he worked on scaling digital tools, improving data systems, and launching new customer engagement initiatives. His work has centered on applying data analytics and designing systems to improve user experiences, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. Jake holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Duke University.
