Wrena Sproat

Wrena Sproat is a Senior Program Associate at the Horizon Institute for Public Service. Previously, she designed the selection process and assessed candidates for the AI Policy Fellowship at the Institute for AI Policy and Strategy (IAPS). She has raised over $1 million across multiple organizations and brings extensive leadership and project management experience. Her work focuses on building programs and talent pipelines at the intersection of technology and public service. Wrena holds a B.A. in Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan.
