What we offer
- Career coachingWe offer one-on-one advising sessions with experienced career coaches. Our advisors help individuals think through career decisions—whether that’s weighing graduate school, considering a pivot, or targeting particular policy roles.
- Opportunity notifications
We send our advisees alerts about jobs, fellowships, events, and other opportunities matched to individuals’ backgrounds and interests. We source dozens of carefully selected opportunities each year from across our network— including many roles that aren't publicly advertised—and reach out directly when we find a strong fit.
- Application support
We provide feedback on resumes, cover letters, writing samples, and other application materials. Our advisors know what policy hiring managers are looking for and can help applicants present their strongest case.
- Interview preparation
We offer mock interviews and individual feedback to help candidates anticipate common questions, sharpen their talking points, and practice articulating their backgrounds for policy audiences.
