Announcing the 2023 Horizon Fellowship cohort
With backgrounds in academia, industry, and civil society, Horizon Fellows bring deep subject-matter expertise in emerging technology to their placements at a critical time, as underscored by recent developments in AI and biotechnology. The 2023 cohort is the second Horizon Fellowship cohort, and both have thus far achieved 100% placement rates.
Applications for the 2024 fellowship cohort are now open until September 15th. We strongly encourage individuals interested in the intersection of policy, public service, and emerging technology to apply. Offices interested in hosting a Horizon Fellow in the future can express their interest via this form.
Meanwhile, the 2022 Horizon Fellows are currently extending for the second term of their placements or have transitioned to full-time jobs. We will post an update on their status soon.
