Conrad Kunadu is doing a junior think tank fellowship at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security.
Conrad is a PhD candidate in International Relations at the University of Oxford, where he researches the intersection of emerging technologies and international security, with an emphasis on biotechnologies and bioweapons. Prior to his postgraduate studies, he worked in operations and project management before completing biosecurity research fellowships. He holds an MPhil in International Relations and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
