Grace Park is doing an executive branch placement at the Department of Defense’s Office of Force Development and Emerging Capabilities.
They recently graduated with a Masters in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government as a Graham T. Allison Fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs and a Black Family Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership, where they studied AI governance and cyber policy. Prior to HKS, they served overseas tours in Djibouti, Tunisia, Italy, and South Korea as a US Army Signal Officer and were appointed as the first female communications officer for the 1-187 Infantry Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team of the 101st Airborne Division. Grace is a recipient of the Kilbourne Leadership Award from the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence as well as the CompTIA Security+ cybersecurity certificate. They are a graduate of Wellesley College, where they were the Class of 2016 Commencement Speaker and Council President.
