Katherine Dammer

Bio Fellow, Executive Branch Track

Katherine Dammer is serving as a Special Assistant for Global Health Security and Biodefense at the National Security Council at the White House. 

 

Prior to this role, Katherine worked at Booz Allen Hamilton supporting intelligence community clients with private sector engagements and digital transformation strategy. She also served as an intern at the Federal Bureau of Investigation in counterintelligence and has held multiple research and analysis roles. Katherine has both a B.S. in Biology of Global Health and an M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University.
