Nicolas Oliver is serving as a congressional fellow in the office of Senator Todd Young (R-IN).
Previously, Nic held a dual appointment at Indiana University School of Medicine’s Center for Bioethics and the Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute, where he researched public perspectives on emerging technologies, developed oversight frameworks for AI in biomedical research and healthcare delivery, and advised investigators and institutional leadership on federal regulatory compliance. He holds an MA in Bioethics and a BA in History from Wake Forest University.
