William Sirotkin is serving as a congressional fellow in the office of Senator Jim Banks (R-IN).
Previously, William worked as a software engineer at NCR Voyix, where he specialized in distributed payment systems and artificial intelligence. He completed an AI Policy Fellowship at the Georgia Institute of Technology, focusing on US-China competition. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Georgia.
