Faith Savaiano

Faith Savaiano is a public policy professional with expertise in STEM workforce development, technology, and government innovation. She most recently served as a Digital Services Expert with the US Digital Service, where she provided policy guidance and contributed to the implementation of workforce and skilling objectives. Additionally, she served as a subject matter expert on federal regulatory policies and issues, including federal workforce, public-private partnerships, and technology policy. Previously, Faith was the Associate Director, Social Innovation at the Federation of American Scientists, where she helped launch and lead a fellowship program that has now placed 100+ technical experts into government for tours of service. Prior to that time, she has worked at a variety of advocacy organizations focused on STEM workforce and education issues and the US Department of State.
