Matt Hodak

Matt Hodak is a Senior Program Associate for Talent at the Horizon Institute for Public Service. Previously, he researched compute governance issues including data center security, cloud export controls, and the semiconductor supply chain. Before moving into policy, Matt spent several years at IBM in multiple hardware roles at the intersection of technology and business, most recently as a product manager working on business resilience. He holds an MPhil in Technology Policy from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis.
