Trinity Smith

Trinity is a Senior Research Associate at the Horizon Institute for Public Service. She holds BAs in Government and Rhetoric & Writing from the University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing an MPP at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. She previously worked in Texas state government, at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, and at the Office of Management and Budget.
